What is eDrops?
eDrops is a super fast, eco-friendly online grocery app that delivers your weekly essentials at the speed of light! eDrops is the first online supermarket app to deliver goods solely through electric bikes. You can expect your order to be delivered in under 30 minutes (unless faced with unavoidable situations)
How do I set up my eDrops account?
You can download the eDrops app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store and register using your phone number or email sign up and add in your delivery location. It's as simple as that!
Which areas do you deliver to?
We want to ensure that the goods are fresh and it reaches you fast. As our dark store is located in Rajagiriya, we currently only deliver within Rajagiriya, Battaramulla, Koswatta, Thalahena, Malabe, Kaduwela, Thalawathugoda, Kotte, Mirihana, Jubilee Post, Nugegoda, Nawala, Kirulpone, Kolonnawa, Gothatuwa, Dehiwala, Mount Lavinia, Wattala, Kottawa, Kelaniya and Colombo 1 - 14. We are looking to expand our presence, so if you’re not from around these areas, stay tuned!
What product categories are available on eDrops?
eDrops has a range of essentials and other products, which you can find in any top supermarket and grocery store in Sri Lanka. From fresh vegetables to dairy products, poultry, pulses, flour, oils, powders, frozen food, seasoning and spices, snacks, beverages, household, toiletry, cleaning consumables, beauty and laundry products and more!
What payment methods do eDrops accept?
eDrops accepts both card and cash on delivery payments
Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum order value at eDrops is LKR 1,500.
How can I change my delivery address?
All you have to do is click on the current address displayed on the Homepage of the app and tap Update Address. You can mark your location on the map and update the address field with the new address. Make sure to have your GPS location settings turned on your mobile so eDrops can pin your location on the map for you.
Can I place multiple orders at the same time?
Yes, you can place multiple orders at the same time with eDrops. Make sure you add in the correct delivery addresses to avoid order confusion.
What are the delivery charges?
We don’t charge for the power consumption of our electric bike and electric-tuk
How long would my delivery take?
If you reside within Rajagiriya, Nugegoda, Nawala, Battaramulla and Kotte areas, eDrops will deliver your order in 30 minutes. However, if you reside beyond the said areas, the estimated delivery time will be shown in the app.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order is still not dispatched, you can call our helpline immediately and request a cancellation, we will then cancel your order. If it's a card order, we will revert the payment at the time of cancellation. However, if the order is already on its way, you will not be able to cancel it
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return a product that is not opened, partially consumed or damaged from your end. If the product is spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery, we will replace the said items with new ones within the day. Cash refunds are not available for product returns.
How to contact customer service?
Go to your profile on the eDrops app and tap on ‘Customer Service’ you will be redirected to our website, where you can submit your comments and queries via our customer feedback form or contact us on our helpline.
How does eRewards work?
eRewards are credits that you earn for every purchase you make on eDrops. Each credit is worth Rs.3, and Rs. 1 is awarded for every Rs. 3 you earn.
So while you spend, you also earn and save.
